Little-Lily Design and Developments is a design and building company started by Laura Wilcoxson and Dave Smith. We have over 30 years experience within the construction industry, builder's merchants sector, steel industry and the design industry.
Dave Smith is an experienced business owner who has worked all over the country on a variety of different jobs, he is well known within the industry and has managed builders merchants branches so knowledge, experience and prices are at the top level
Laura Wilcoxson is a business graduate with honours with years of experience within the building and steel industry. Service and quality are my specialties and I perform the labour.
We offer a complementary professional cleaning service at the end of every job to ensure you really do have the best standard possible.

We want you to have a big reveal and fall in love all over again with your updated home.
Should you need to deep clean after a company has entered your home and you have paid them for being there? No.
So we will take care of that for you.
